How It Works
1. Request Return
Log into your account, find your order, and select the items you wish to return within 30 days of delivery.
2. Pack Securely
Ensure the tiles are in their original boxes, unused, and securely packed to prevent breakage during the return transit.
3. Handover
Our logistics partner will pick up the boxes from your doorstep within 3-5 business days of your request.
4. Get Refund
Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund (minus a 10% restocking fee for large orders) is processed in 5-7 days.
Return Guidelines & Eligibility
Please read carefully before initiating a return.
Eligible for Return
- Unused tiles in their original, unopened boxes.
- Defective or damaged tiles (report within 48 hours).
- Sample boxes (Cost refunded on main order).
- Requests made within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
- Tiles that have been cut, installed, or altered.
- Custom cut stone or marble slabs.
- Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
- Opened boxes or loose individual tiles.
Restocking Fee Note
A 10% restocking fee applies to all large returns (above 20 boxes or ₹50,000 value) to cover logistics and warehouse handling. Damages reported upon delivery are fully exempt from this fee.
