2. Products and Pricing
All products listed on the website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, especially concerning natural variations in stone and marble.
3. Orders and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, it falls under our standard Returns & Exchanges policy. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
4. Intellectual Property
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights.
The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall NS Tile Studio, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
